Hello, thanks for visiting my web site. I'm Terry Butler and I work for the best and most productive real estate company in Bay County. I started in real estate in 2005.

My background is in government contracting, I was the project manager for the Naval support Activity in Panama City Florida for 13 years. I gained many skills that complement the real estate business like negotiating construction and labor contracts, managing people and construction and repair projects worth in the millions of dollars. I also had the privilege of maintaining the family housing area of the Base that consisted of 65 houses that housed men and women of the Army, Air Force, Navy and Marines.

Since becoming a Realtor®, I have become active in Bay County Association of Realtors. I joined the leadership development group and organized and ran a very successful 5k run to benefit the Guardian Ad Litem program in Bay County. I have also furthered my education by completing the Florida broker pre-licensing course and passing the state test to become a broker, and by starting pursuit of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

I am a member or the Bay County Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, each requires strict adherence to the Realtor Code of Ethics.

I have been married to my wonderful wife Phoebe for 25 years. I have two sons, one proudly serving in United States Army stationed in Hawaii, and my other is pursuing a college Degree.

I am a 10 year United States Army veteran, while in the Army I was stationed in Germany, Virginia and Georgia.

My greatest accomplishment was becoming a Drill sergeant, and leading and training the best soldiers in the world. Now, for fun, I have take up the sport of triathlon, it is very fun and one of the hardest things you can do. I have successfully finished twice at Ironman Florida.
